A fantastic day had by all at the Waipu Solo Drumming Events today. Congratulations to Angus Crowe who took 1st pace in the A Grade MSR & Fanfare Contest as well as placing 2nd in the Compound Time Marches and 3rd in the Hornpipe & Jig. Fraser McKenzie took 1st place in the A Grade Hornpipe & Jig & Compound Time Marches and placed 2nd in the MSR and 3rd in the Fanfare Contest. Congratulations also go to Hamish Peterson who took 1st place in the B Grade MSR & Jig & Hornpipe, and Ryan Marsich who placed 1st in the 6/8 Marches.
